Supporting him is Chuck Sullivan, President of Cable Shark, who brings over 40 years of experience in the contract drilling industry, including an extensive international career spanning operational and administrative roles.

James Farley, Engineer/Designer, offers 40 years of expertise in manufacturing and toolmaking, with a history of innovation supported by utility patents. Martin Kershman, Strategic Analyst, provides deep knowledge in energy, infrastructure, and renewable technologies, offering a forward-looking vision for sustainable operations. Dean Martin, Consultant for Cable Shark and founder of Martin Pressure Systems International (MPSI), brings decades of expertise in pressure systems and oilfield services, contributing invaluable insights to the team, and Daniel Matlach, Director of Operations, blends business acumen and a passion for service, drawing from his experience in real estate, non-profits, and media campaigns.

John Stitt, CEO of Cable Shark, brings a wealth of experience as an entrepreneur, rancher, and commercial real estate developer. For over 30 years, he has served as Pastor at Riverside Church, demonstrating leadership and dedication to his community. A devoted husband, father, and grandfather, John’s vision drives Cable Shark’s commitment to safety and innovation.
Chuck Sullivan has over 40 years of drilling experience, including roles with Parker Drilling, Nabors Drilling, and Walker Brothers Drilling in Oklahoma. With global expertise across Africa, South America, and Asia, he brings operational and administrative insights. A former IADC Anchorage chapter chairman, Chuck holds a Finance degree and MBA. Based in Tulsa, he leads Cable Shark in transforming the slip-and-cut process.
Martin Kershman brings vast expertise in oil & gas, infrastructure, and renewable energy. As a Strategic Analyst for Avalon International, he has led CCUS R&D projects and navigated complex regulatory frameworks. With leadership roles at TeqNiSolutions and Deep Sea Quality Consulting, Martin has contributed to global deep-water projects, advancing safer, more efficient drilling operations.
James Farley, a toolmaker with 40 years of experience, leads manufacturing and design at Farley Manufacturing, Inc. With an advanced degree from Oklahoma State University, he specializes in CNC machining, custom tooling, and holds two utility patents. James focuses on innovating automated solutions for the oilfield sector.
Dean Martin, a consultant for Cable Shark and founder of Martin Pressure Systems International, LLC, brings decades of expertise in pressure systems and oilfield services. A graduate of Oklahoma State University, Dean’s leadership and industry knowledge are instrumental in driving innovative solutions for the energy sector.
Daniel Matlach, Media and Marketing Specialist for Cable Shark, combines business expertise with a passion for service. With a background in business and real estate, he later created TV, commercial, and digital campaigns for non-profits before joining Cable Shark.
